Most of our ingredients are sourced primarily in The Bahamas, however to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, we source our ingredients from suppliers around the world.

For optimal quality and freshness, our ice cream should be stored at a temperature of -20°F (-29°C) or lower. This ensures that the ice cream remains perfectly frozen and maintains its creamy texture and rich flavor. Be sure to keep it in a well-sealed container to prevent freezer burn and to preserve its delicious taste. Remember that ice cream gets soft at -15 °C and will then start to crystalize. Please do not break the cold chain as it compromises the quality of the ice cream as well as the shelf life.

From a pint (16 oz) container of our ice cream, you can typically get about 4 to 5 scoops. The exact number may vary depending on the size of the scoops and how densely the ice cream is packed. Enjoy each delicious scoop!

If you would like to order a flavor that is not in season in The Bahamas, we will source it for you from outside the country. Additional fees may apply.
